Tickets have been purchased to Papua New Guinea
We are so encouraged by everyone who partnered with us to see this project come to an end. Even before I posted the remaining amount that we were needing for our tickets…God was using one mission’s committee to designate the exact amount needed to finalize our tickets! Isn’t that awesome! Thanks to everyone who sacrificed, who prayed, and recently committed to supporting us in our ministry in Papua New Guinea. We praise Him for His faithfulness.
Planned Giving
Here is a list of some creative ways you can support NTM’s work around the world. If you’d like to explore any of these opportunities, please contact the Stewardship Development Office at 800-813-1566 or sdo@ntm.org, or click the link below to fill out our form.
Gift Annuities
Gift annuities allow you to give a gift ($5,000 minimum) and enjoy the tax benefits of a charitable donation, while you continue to receive a fixed income for life.
Gifts by Will, Personal Annuity or Living Trust
A bequest is the most traditional way to provide significant help for worthwhile causes. With a gift through your will or living trust, you retain full use of your gift property during your life.
Benefits from IRAs and Pensions
Your estate can save both income taxes and estate taxes if you make NTM the death beneficiary of your individual retirement account, pension, 401(k) or other retirement savings plan.
Life Insurance Gifts
You can name NTM as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy.
You can also name NTM as the beneficiary and owner of a life policy. You can elect to continue paying the premiums yourself, or make a donation to NTM that will cover the premiums. Policies that have matured and no longer have premiums are a great way to give to NTM without affecting your cash flow.
If you’d like to explore any of these opportunities, please contact the Stewardship Development Office at 800-813-1566 or sdo@ntm.org, or click the link above to fill out our form.

Giving Away of Valuables
You might be surprised at the stuff you have that could help expand the reach of the Gospel.
New Tribes Mission can help you use your non-cash assets to aid in supporting our ministry. NTM will work with you to develop the best giving strategy for you and your family. You may even be able to reduce or avoid taxes by giving such non-cash assets as:
- Stocks and mutual funds
- Vehicles such as boats, recreational vehicles and even collectible cars
- Antiques and other collectibles
- Jewelry and coins
- Business inventory
- Real estate
- And more
This option is made available in partnership with the Servant Christian Community Foundation, which serves you and New Tribes Mission by receiving, managing and liquidating such “complex gifts.” NTM and SCCF will sell the asset for you, and help you receive the full tax benefit for your gift.

Credit/Debit Cards
You can now use your credit card to support your missionary every month — automatically!
As you go through the online checkout process, check the box that says, “Make this a recurring donation,” and we will receive your gift from your credit card each month.
Please note that we pay credit card transaction fees. (3% of every dollar you give)
Card types: You can contribute online or by phone using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

Give by phone: You can give by credit card over the phone. Call us during USA East Coast business hours, toll-free, at 866-547-2460, extension 1245.
Debit cards and check cards: You can use a debit card or a check card in the same way you use a credit card. For instance, a Visa check card may be used like a Visa credit card, and a Mastercard debit card may be used like a Mastercard credit card.
Security: You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Changing recurring gifts: You can log into your account at any time and make changes to your recurring credit card giving.
Transaction fees: The fees that credit card companies charge for transactions — roughly 3 percent of each donation — are charged to the ministry accounts of the missionaries who receive the gifts, because it is a cost associated with their ministries. You will still receive a tax-deductible receipt for the full amount of the gift. Transaction fees for gifts to projects are paid for by New Tribes Mission.
Check or Money Order
To give by check or money order, make it PAYABLE to New Tribes Mission.
Include a note to tell them that you would like them to designate the fund to the ministry of Philip and Kristi Jansma (If you fail to send the note or write on the check that it is designated to us…we will most likely NOT receive your gift.)
Please send the checks to:
New Tribes Mission
1000 E. First St.
Sanford, FL 32771-1487
You will receive a receipt acknowledging your contribution, as well as an envelope and a slip that will speed the processing of future gifts.
Electronic Funds Transfer
Electronic funds transfer is the most efficient and cost-effective way for you to partner financially with an NTM missionary or to make other regular contributions.
You may already know that automatic transfers free you from writing checks and using stamps. Here are some other benefits:
- Safer: No check is in the mail; your transfer is secure.
- More efficient: Your missionary can stay focused on ministry because your contributions are regular and reliable.
- More effective: Your contribution and hundreds of other EFT contributions can be processed in the time it takes a few check contributions to be processed, so your EFT gift helps free missionaries for other ministries.
- Less expensive: Your EFT contributions cost less in bank fees than contributions by check or credit card, so your giving goes farther.
- More for your missionary: If you give by EFT instead of making recurring credit card donations, more of your gift goes to your missionary. The credit card transaction fee roughly 3 percent of the gift is paid by your missionary.
